"Rione is Ethan Stowell’s homage to the cobbled and bustling Trastavere district of Rome. Order a glass of wine and explore a straightforward menu including street pizzas, handmade pastas and amazing bruschettas executed with the occasional flourish. Great for a date night, Rione’s warm interior, bustling kitchen and open windows bring a little of the outside in to faithfully recreate the communal space of a Trastavere street café. Slightly more formal than Bar Vacilando, expect to commit to a full dinner and plan to arrive later in the evening. If the weather’s warm make a reservation near the windows a priority and if you have to pick only one pasta I’m partial to the carbonara (get the egg). "
