"This is a really fun hostel in a great location in San Telmo. Private rooms are also available if you don't want to share. They are very serious about security, so you can always feel safe there. They also have a number of activities and tours that leave from the hostel so you can meet people and do group stuff. There is an outdoor swimming pool in the back, and the staff organizes games to facilitate socialization. It's a really great place to meet people. Easy to walk to the center of San Telmo, Casa Rosada, and several bus stops."
