Here to offer some of my top tips for visiting Queenstown, a place close to my heart like many, because who can visit the adventure capital and not fall in love right?

AJ Hackett Kawarau Bungy Centre

Take a leap of faith with a bungy jump at the Kawarau Bridge, the birthplace of commercial bungy jumping. You’ll have 43metres to scream as you plunge off a bridge, with the chance to dunk your head in the freezing water. 

Check out their Swings, Catapult and Zipride - If you're keen to do a few opt for a combo deal to keep the cost down. 

If you're feeling brave and full of adrenaline (more so than me) you gotta check out the bungy centre which queenstown is famous for. A few options available if you can't quite hustle up the courage to launch yourself off a bridge (I definitely have not found the courage haha!) but I have heard from friends it was incredible. 

This brand opened the first commercial bungy jump at the Kawarau bridge in 1988 and is the World Home of Bungy. The 43 meter bungy jump is the most popular bungy site and if you wish, you can even touch the water when you jump.

There's a limited amount of freedom camping space in the parking lot here for self contained vehicles. It can get crowded depending on the season and day of the week.
