"Eunpyeong Hanok Village is like a lil' hidden gem up in the northern part of Seoul, tucked near one of the entrances to a Bukhansan hiking trail. The place is super clean, beautiful & totally picturesque, especially with the mountains giving you that epic backdrop. It’s kinda touristy with locals & foreigners, but honestly, it’s built for that — plus, it’s way less crowded than the hanok villages in central Seoul. A few cafes here are such a vibe too. Definitely still worth a visit imo! 🌄☕"

"This Hanok Village differs from others as it was built as part of a Hanok subsidising project to promote and preserve traditional Korean culture. In addition to housing a range of residential Hanok, there is a range of nearby attractions worth adding to your Korea itinerary. From an exhibition hall that is dedicated to sharing the history of the Eunpyeong district. You can also find some Hanoks available to participate in constructing traditional Korean handicrafts and other workshops."

"Eunpyeong Hanok Village is a one of Seoul's less known traditional Korean villages located in the Eunpyeong-gu district of Seoul. With its tranquil atmosphere, picturesque hanok (traditional Korean houses), and beautiful natural surroundings, the village offers visitors a serene retreat where they can experience the timeless beauty of Korean culture."
