When to Visit?

Réunion Island enjoys a tropical climate, with a dry season from May to October and a rainy season from November to April. Each season offers its own attractions:

☀️ Dry Season: Perfect for outdoor activities like hiking and water sports. It’s also whale-watching season!

🌧️ Rainy Season: The landscapes become even greener, and the temperatures are warmer. It’s also mango and lychee season!

Good news: there are many microclimates on the island. During the dry season, you can always find a spot where it isn't raining. In the rainy season, the weather forecast is often worse than it actually is. The weather can be very unpredictable, but the sun always comes back eventually.
