One of the first things to consider when traveling to any other country is a visa and Turkey is no exception.

Depending on your nationality there are these ways to obtain the visa:

* Upon arrival at the airport.

* Electronic visa.

* From the Turkish consulate or embassy in your country.

If you decide to obtain your visa on arrival at the airport, you must first make sure that your nationality is feasible for it and if it is, what would its cost be.

On the other hand, if you opt for the electronic visa, this would be the fastest way (within minutes) and which is received by email that you provide to later print it out and show it at the passport and visa

Control at the airport.

For many nationalities it is quite easy to process it and even for some countries it is free of charge.

In the case of Latin American countries, most do not require a visa and only a passport is enough to enter.

Some others, such as the United Kingdom, Spain or The U.S.A., were recently exempted from obtaining a visa and now a passport is sufficient.
