A step away from the Plaza de España, as if hidden from the bustle of Gran Vía, you have Sichuan Kitchen (Maestro Guerrero, 4), a Chinese restaurant where the dishes appear in Mandarin and Spanish. There is no lack of Asian community (in fact, there is a lot of the offal that they love) in their large dining room (with large tables and comfortable chairs to stay and share dishes with friends) but neither young people, families and rebound tourists. They have authentic and amateur dishes such as centennial egg, dried veal or steamed sea bass but as far as we are concerned... if you go alone you can put together your own menu by asking for a lustrous wan tun soup (with or without spice), a bowl of rice and a beer and the ticket costs 12 euros. The service tends to both parking and efficiency. All very hygienic, easy and appetizing.

They serve their XXL pizza slide for only 2 euros every day from 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. At night, the wait by the window of the premises is the definitive proof of its quality. And, be careful, you can even get a whole Margarita pizza for €8. As giant as it is economic.

Their pastrami and their sandwich section put them on the map. So resounding was the success that its managers, with a place in El Viso, jumped to the city center, to the market of San Antón (Chueca) to open a corner with their XL specialties. In the mother house they serve an economic menu of the day with dessert included (their great Donosti-style cheesecake) three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
