Joshua Tree

Joshua Tree

Virginia Campo
I never thought I’d live in the desert, but Joshua Tree has the power to call you in with it’s magic & nature. Currently “grounded” here due to COVID so let’s start exploring my backyard!

Kitchen in the Desert
@virginia
Favorite spot to eat for brunch or dinner if you are staying closer to 29 Palms. Our local recommendations for food are the Pear glazed waffles if you are brunching, Veggie Bowl if you are veggie, Double Doubles if you like spicy, Chicken Sandwich if you like chicken, Burger if you are hungry, Spicy Margarita if you want to splurge and the Fries Oreos, because we only live once! Selina the waiter is super sweet and speaks Spanish and English! NOTE: There can be a wait and food takes longer than most places so if you are in a rush, don’t go there. If you are in desert time, enjoy the experience and the food!

Campbell Hill Bakery
@virginia
Best bakery in town! The owner is always there and if you spend more than $20 or come after 2ish he will always put in an extra goodie to your order for free! Everything here is made that day and delicious but here is what we recommend: Carrot Cake, Brownie, Banana Bread, Buttermilk Biscuit, French bread, Pain Du Chocolate and their BLT sandwich. If you want to take something home with you, buy their granola! NOTE: They don’t open sundays or mondays 🥐🥯
