Hong Kong Study Cafe's
Hong Kong Study Cafe's
Ava Abreu
Studying is hard, but when you're somewhere as pretty as Hong Kong, it becomes a little easier! This map is going to be mainly of study cafe's in New Territories, that I have used plenty of times during Finals week while studying at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
These cafes all
1. have free wifi
2. are close to a metro stop (easy to get to)
3. have a delicious matcha latte (my signature drink)

NOC (Tsim Sha Tsui East)
@avaabreu
This is one of the more expensive cafes on the list, and you definitely need to buy something if you study here. There is a TIME LIMIT, I believe it's two hours after you order, so this is best for a short study session.

Black Sugar Coffee & Lifestyle
@avaabreu
This is a nice cafe, but it is a little small so be sure to get there early to secure a seat!

The Alchemist Cafe (Tseung Kwan O)
@avaabreu
This is probably my favorite cafe on the list to study! There are a bunch of outlets, and you can connect to the wifi of the metro down stairs for free. Plus the staff is really nice and they have let me study there for hours on end. It is located in a mall too, so there is a good mix of studying and people watching!

Maison Kayser - Tseung Kwan O
@avaabreu
There are the most outlets in the back near the booths, and the wifi lasts for four hour increments! Also, it is super close to the TKO Waterfront, so once you are done studying take a nice break near the waterfront!

Urban Coffee Roaster TKO
@avaabreu
This cafe has one of the best views since it is in front of the TKO water front! It is a little harder to find outlet's here, but they have really nice high top tables facing the water so come with your computer fully charged!

ÔDELICE Tseung Kwan O - PopCorn Mall
@avaabreu
This is more of a restaurant that I use as a cafe, but it is fantastic. You can connect to the MTR wifi in the mall, and you are good for as long as you'd like.

Paper Stone Bakery
@avaabreu
MTR WiFi for the save once again. They have some of the cheapest treats and a huge table in the back with great lighting and basically no one will come up to bother you, staff or other mall go-ers!

FINEPRINT
@avaabreu
It's a little tricky to find this place, if you are following google maps, for me it took me to the outside of the mall it was in versus the actual location. But it is totally worth the journey, it is so delicious and the sour dough there smelt outrageously good. It is a super cute vibe in between the Tai Koo buildings so I highly recommend if you need to lock in and eat some fantastic breads.
