Zanzibar with kids

Cave showing archaelogical amevidence of early life on Zanzibar Island, dating back 15,000 years. The cave is still used for worshipping practices and there is a little museum at the entrance with displays on animals and nature.

It used to be known as Hidden Beach, until it was 'discovered' in early 2021 by social media enthusiasts. The steps leading down to this beach have been features on Instagram many times! The landscape of this beach with its high coral cliffs used to be an insider tip, now you have a few hotels and catering options - worth a visit is Usumba Rock Restaurant, a locally owned place built on top of the cliff with great views.

There is no other place which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through their garden to the hammocks overlooking the sea or the loungers at the pool. The original vibe of Zanzibar's beach bars is back with the laid back atmosphere, pole pole service and reggae music. Just chill, nothing else to do here and thay is exactly how it should be.
