Gran Canaria
In 2018, I worked remotely for a company located in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. For three years (2018, 2019, 2022) in the month of November I would stay for 4 weeks visit friends/coworkers for holidays. The locals have taken me, shown me, guided me to these places. These are the locations over the last few visits that I enjoyed the most.
I suggest staying in Las Palmas and then traveling by car around the island.
