It's about a 4-hr drive from Dallas to New Braunfels, so we've planned a few fun stops along the way. Stop as much or as little as you want and customize to your liking.
10:00am: Leave Dallas after rush hour
11:00am: Pit Stop: Slovacek's for restrooms, great meats & cheeses to snack on, or pick up a kolache or random rest stop fun.

Since then I've traveled to countless destinations on solo trips, girls trips and family getaways. A few of my favorites over the years have been Rome, Capri, Florence, Giverny, London, Bath, Strousburg, Sedona, and the Texas Hill Country,
