Hello and welcome to the 4 Day El Salvador Itinerary Guide. El Salvador has stunning natural and cultural sights. The country has a number of beautiful beaches along its Pacific coast, not to mention Mayan ruins, 25 volcanoes, and 14 lakes. This country exceeded my expectations and was truly a vacation to remember. I want to help you experience the same thing and so here's everything you need to know.

Planning Your Departure

The country's tropical climate has a typical wet season (May- October) and a dry season (November- April). The best time to travel El Salvador is December- March. The weather is warm and there's less chance of downpour.

Arrival

You'll arrive at El Salvador International Airport (SAL). From there I would suggest using Uber to get to each destination. Uber is super affordable in Central America. A 15 min ride can total to $2 and an hour ride totaling about $20.
