KBBQ Table Grill

Locations where you can grill at your table.

Matjoa Korean BBQ Restaurant
@yummycoty
🔴 My favorite grill-at-your-table Korean BBQ restaurant in Tampa Bay. 🔴 Amazing banchan - unlimited (my favorite is their soy sauce radish called Jangaji 장아찌) 🔴 Great vibes and atmosphere - those pocha vibes 🔴 Friendly staff 🔴 All-you-can-eat option 🔴 My favorite is the Spicy pork and bulgogi 🔴 Full liquor bar 🔴 They even have their own beer, made in collaboration with a local brewery called, "Toadaly Wasted Lager."

Dooriban
@yummycoty
Amazing tofu stews, corndogs, and kimchi everything. 🥬🌶 This wonderful Korean food mainstay in Tampa Bay is in an old Taco Bell location, complete with an old drive-thru pickup. I enjoy calling ahead to place my doshirak (Korean style bento box) order and picking it up in the drive-thru every time. 🍱🚗 For such a small restaurant, the kitchen cranks out quality Korean food with homemade flavors. I like dining here in person for dinner, as you can create many different experiences in one place, whether you want: Korean-Chinese style meal ( Jajangmyun + Jjampong + Tangsuyuk ), Punshik snack house experience ( ttoekbokki + corndog + fried mandu ), Cold noodle meal for those hot days ( mulnaengmyun + bibimnaengmyun + haemuljoen ), or a traditional feast ( Soondubu Jigae + Jaeyukbokkeum + banchan ) they have you covered. 📍 두리반 Dooriban, 5600 66th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709

Lotte Market Food Court

Lotte is a Korean owned and operated worldwide chain of markets.

Lotte Plaza Market
@yummycoty
🎊 TAMPA BAY'S NEW LOTTE MARKET🎊 For those of you have that have been driving to Orlando for years, like me, we FINALLY have a Lotte in Tampa Bay. Lotte is not just a market, they bring many additional businesses with them that are now unique to Tampa Bay... For example: 1️⃣ Food Court with specialty restaurants that I would have never thought to see in Tampa: ▶️ 소공동 순두부집 SoKongDong Tofu House - I have never seen a tofu house in Tampa, have you? Especially a well-known name like SKG. We usually drive to Atlanta to eat here! 🤯🥳 ▶️ 명가 교동 짬뽕 Jjampong Noodle Shop - It's difficult to find even 자장면 와 짬뽕 jajangmyun & jjampong in Tampa. Now we have a specialty noodle shop?!? 🍜 🤯 ▶️ Jaws Tokpokii 🦈 - Specialty 떡볶이 shop! Yes, more than just ONE flavor of ttoekbokki and even snacks to dip into the sauce, like kimbap 김밥 , kimmari 김말이, & 튀김 twigim. Will be great to have the privilege of eating all the dishes together affordably, the way it should be. ❤️ ▶️ BB.Q Chicken and Luna Bubble Tea - will be nice to have the option of eating the two together. 2️⃣ 뚜레쥬르 Tous Les Jours Bakery - We have been asking for a Korean style bakery for over a decade. Now, it is finally here... 🤯 Owned by CJ group, around $3/piece, this will be a staple for the community. 3️⃣ Korean beauty products shop 4️⃣ Japanese and Indian imports 5️⃣ Large Seafood section 6️⃣ Kimchi and 반찬 enclave 7️⃣ Sushi grade fish and sashimi section 8️⃣ Affordable thin sliced meats for easier meal prep. (This is something I really need.) 9️⃣ Free samples! They had 갈비 kalbi samples. 🤗

JAWS Toppoki
@yummycoty
🎊 Tampa Bay's ONLY ttoekbokki shop 🎊 We have all been waiting for YEARS for the Lotte Market to open. While the market is wonderful, the food court is one of my favorite places. The Tampa Lotte food court is called SiJang Eatery. I was lucky enough to interview the owner & kiosk engineer, and have so much to tell you about it: 🔸️SiJang Eatery is the Lotte Food Court 🔸️ It is locally owned ♥️ 🔸️ It includes all 6 businesses in the court: Tous Le Jours, Luna, SGD, MyungGa, Jaws, BB.Q, and also the sushi and panchan area. 🔸️Businesses are premium franchises from Korea. 🔸️All food can be ordered on the touch screen, ahead on the website, or ahead on the new mobile app. You do not need to queue and wait... Just order on your phone!!! 🔸️Sijangeatery.us or app store 🔸️Ordering starts at 10:30am every day 🔸️This specific reel is featuring Tampa Bay's FIRST EVER ttoekbokki shop, that includes ALL the best dippers. Korean Markets

Kim Brothers Oriental Market
@yummycoty
‼️ OLDEST KOREAN MARKET IN TAMPA BAY‼️ Kim Bros is the oldest existing specifically Korean market in Tampa Bay. I've been shopping here for over 20 years now. There are a few others markets in the area, but I visit here for quite a few reasons. While not the largest market, there are still many reasons to visit. What makes this market unique: 1️⃣ Prepared foods at the register, displayed on the counter. I specifically like any of their 떡 rice cakes, specifically 송편 rice cakes filled with sweet sesame. Their colorful rice cakes make great gifts. Also, they have some tasty 깐풍기 sauced fried chicken, and 잡채 noodles. 2️⃣ Hard-to-find ingredients for specific recipes. Looking for 들깨 for 들깨칼국수? Just ask and someone will help you find it. 3️⃣ Prices are lower than any other Korean market in Tampa (not lower than Brandon). 4️⃣ Largest selection in Tampa of specifically Korean ingredients. 5️⃣ Largest selection of fresh banchan in Tampa. Though not as large as they used to have, and not as much as Brandon. 6️⃣ Saturday mornings will have the largest selection of fresh foods. 7️⃣ Call ahead for catering items. If you call ahead, you can order prepared foods for catering. 8️⃣ Home goods, cookware, and food storage. 9️⃣ Some Korean beauty products at the register. 🔟 Baked goods from Atlanta Korean bakeries. Check the dates.

BOM Oriental Market
@yummycoty
🫶 Underrated Brandon Korean Market 🫶 An unexpected find! Hidden in Brandon is a fenced compound housing a few food trucks and one of the most intriguing, sprawling Korean markets in Tampa Bay. Known as BOM, the market has alternating food trucks on different days --- as well as house-made kimchi, banchan, rice cakes, and savory dishes. When you enter the large front market, dry goods on the right, produce on the left. Go past the register in the middle to find a connecting room with a kitchen. Past that in the back is a huge warehouse type room with even more frozen food, rice, drinks, and housewares. What makes this market unique: 1️⃣ Most items are $1-2 less than other local markets 2️⃣ Larger assortment of Korean frozen foods, noodles, and meal kits than most markets; including almost a dozen different kinds of kcorndogs and 삼각김밥 samgakkimbap ( onigiri ). 3️⃣ Produce that is fresher and more rare, like perilla/shiso leaf 4️⃣ Larger selection of Japanese items, like frozen dango 🍡 😍 5️⃣ One of my favorite Korean dishes is 수재비 Sujaebi, and they sell the frozen torn noodles for it in 3 different flavors; regular, potato, and pumpkin 6️⃣ Large selection of international snacks in interesting flavors 7️⃣ Fresh rice cakes, including my beloved 고구마떡 purple sweet potato filled 💜 🍠 8️⃣ 냄새 반찬 Large variety of fresh local banchan 9️⃣ Seasonal special deals, like cold noodle broths during the summer 🔟 Wednesdays and Saturdays are some prepared foods

Hangook Market
@yummycoty
🌶 Local Korean Market in Tampa 🌶 Wanted to cover this market because not many people have been here. This market is located in the same plaza as One Family. The assortment is smaller than other locally owned Korean markets in the area. However, I come here specifically for their Korean fresh hot peppers and napa cabbage to make kimchi. They also sell some random items like massage chairs and have a piano. 🤔 🎹
