There are so many options when it comes to selecting your bachelorette headquarters. Personally, I recommend staying downtown because it’s easily walkable and you’ll be in the center of all the best nightlife.
Day 1: Welcome to Austin
After getting settled into your hotel, head over to one of my favorite Downtown cocktail restaurants.
After getting refueled and enjoying a few libations. It’s time for some window shopping and group photos. The best spot for both is South Congress. South Congress is a boutique shopping paradise.
After getting your fill of shopping, it’s time to head back to your hotel and get ready for a night on the town. When it comes to finding the perfect bars/clubs for your group, my best advice is to follow the music your group loves the most. Below are some of my favorite spots.
Day 2: A Day on the Lake
The best cure for any hangover is a wonderful brunch and Launderette is one of the best places to find that.
From brunch, make your way to Lake Austin with libations and enjoy some time in Party Cove. One of the unique aspects of Party Cove is the shallow depth of the cove itself, allowing you to stand in the water while enjoying the festivities. Think of it as a club on the water, where you can dance, mingle, and let loose to the beat of the music.
Once you’ve had your fill of sunshine, take some time to recharge at your hotel before getting ready for a nice dinner.
After a wonderful dinner. It’s time to burn off some calories at the best clubs in Austin.
Day 3: Say Goodbye
Before packing up and boarding your flight home, enjoy one last meal at a local Austin staple.
If you have some extra time, I always love getting some steps in before sitting in a car or plane for an extended period of time.
