Mexico City
There is a THRIVING community of roasters and coffee enthusiasts in Mexico City. A specialty cafe is located every few blocks.
Some of these coffee shops are part of an alliance of cafes that have come together to offer the CDMX Coffee Pasaporte.
Each page has one of 53 Coffee Shops spread throughout the city (some with multiple locations).
When you visit, you’ll get a unique stamp that usually comes with a discount. The discount can range from 10% off coffee drinks to 15% off a coffee class experience.
The Pasaporte is available at most of these locations and costs 125 Pesos ($7)
This guide lists all 53 coffee shops, and if we’ve visited them, our notes are included. (Look for the ✔️.) For the best experience, I recommend viewing this guide in Map Mode.

At 23, I married my high school sweetheart, Jack. Our adventures have taken us to cities as big as London, England, and towns as remote as Modica, Sicily. We've lived, worked, and traveled all over Europe with a special focus on Italy, France, and the UK.
In August of last year, we decided to make Seattle our home base. It’s a city we grew to know and love after 5 years of annual visits.
Nowadays, we spend our days exploring Washington and traveling abroad— we’re always looking for our next adventure.
We specialize in modern, mindful travel guides, curated recommendations, and custom itineraries and always try to incorporate:
