The owner is a good friend of mine and she runs this little place with her daughter and a team of very able local women. She only uses fresh local produce and eveythung is made with much love and attention. The apperativo is the best in Puglia..accompanied by a crisp local Rosé or a fresh Aperol spritz...aaah heaven check their facebook page for opening hours
