Exploring Dunedin & around

Courtney Spencer
Dunedin often gets overlooked as its a student city, but escape the city and head coastal to find wildlife all around you. When you head back to the city there is plenty of local brewers to greet you and art to explore. Everything you need to explore Dunedin for a day or a week!

Tips for Dunedin

1- Pack warm clothes!! It gets cool fast in Dunedin and it also rains a lot, so pack the waterproofs

2- Hire a car - some of the best things to see and do are out of the city, as a country with a real lack of public transport its better to take the road into your own hands

3 - Make a weekend out of it and explore Central Otago, the Caitlins and more
