What to do in Lyon in 2 days? 10 must-see places!
Hello, today we're off to Lyon to discover 10 must-do in only a couple of days. All the activities presented can be done alone, with friends, as a couple, or as a family with children.
All these places are accessible by public transport. My little advise, take a two-day transport ticket, which will be very useful for getting around without having to worry about crowding your pockets with one way tickets. All "TCL" stations offer this kind of pass. Alternatively, you can buy one directly online, using Lyon's transport and activity pass.
The Croix Rousse neighbourhood
My favourite neighbourhood in Lyon is definitely Croix Rousse. Accessible by metro C, this colourful area is located on a hill in Lyon's "presqu'île".
Croix Rousse is an artists' district, where you'll find lovely restaurants, cafés, game bars as well as designer shops and art galleries.
When you get out of the underground, I recommend you go to the belvederes of the Gros Caillou gardens, which offer a breathtaking view over Lyon and in particular over the Parc de la Tête d'Or.
