Brescia!

You will be immersed in the full classic Italian style, just 30 kilometers from the famous Lake Garda and the fascinating Lake Iseo.

Not only will the two lakes characterize your trip but also the large and characteristic squares in neo-classical style, such as Piazza Paolo VI, where the Duomo cathedral is located, and Piazza della Loggia, where you can admire the imposing town hall while enjoying a characteristic fresh "Pirlo", (local drink, very similar to Spritz but with the addition of a special secret ingredient), in the shade of the small typical bars.

For your shopping you will go east, you will admire the building of the ancient clock, and you will start from the arcades of Via XX Giornate, up to Corso Palestro, where you will continue to find the City Theater, which opens its summer season every year. work filling the province for two days with events for adults and children. Continuing we arrive at the "Coin" corner, and here we enter Corso Zanardelli, where the shops satisfy the tastes of adults as well as children, continuing up to Piazza Tebaldo Brusato, where I suggest you enjoy a classic "ice cream cone" at "obra dei castagni. We resume our tour arriving in Piazzale Arnaldo, well if we have calculated the time correctly it is time for the aperitif! The square comes to life starting at 5 PM, all the Brescian nightlife gathers here, you will have music and company at least until 2 AM, when it's time to go back.

For your accommodation I can recommend two options: the 4-star Hotel Vittoria, located in the city centre, very close to all the activities I listed above, or the Double Tree by Hilton located in the Mompiano district, the greenest and most peaceful in the city , not even a minute's walk away is the subway line which takes you to the historic center in 7 minutes.

Brescia certainly offers many other attractions, such as the Medieval Castle, the Panoramic Restaurant on Monte Maddalena, ideal for staying cool in summer and on the snow in winter, the beautiful Mompiano Valley, or moving 15 kilometers away, the phenomenal Franciacorta, an expanse of vineyards where the most sophisticated palates can participate in tastings on horseback.

There are still many things to add, but if you want more information, I suggest you follow me on my Instagram account: anna.racu
