Florence, where do I begin? Florence is my favorite city on the planet. Everyone is so kind and generous but it is totally a place you can get lost in. This is the perfect city for a solo traveler, traveling with family, rendezvousing with friends or even your lover.
It’s a completely walkable city and has many means of transportation. This city is located in Tuscany and is just one hour away from the Italian countryside. There are plenty of lovely surrounding cities to visit that are very close in distance if you’re also looking for a small town authentic, Italian experience. Many cities are accessible by bus or train but if you enjoy guided tours, these are also comparable!
