This is my favorite Muay Thai Gym in Thailand! Kru F and the team are incredibly friendly, attentive, and will help you improve your techniques at any skill level. They train fighters here, but they're also supportive to newcomers.
Open Monday to Saturday for half-day sessions, mornings 8 am - 10 am, and afternoons 4 pm - 6 pm. The class includes pad work, sparring, and clinching. Sparring is technical and controlled, ensuring a safe experience. Unlike most of group training in other gyms, you'll need to do your own warm up at the beginning of the class.
The Gym is located a bit far from the town centre (around 14 minutes). If you stay in the town you'd need to rent a scooter or take Grab/ Bolt. For membership and pricing you can contact directly through their Instagram.

Great and affordable outdoor spa experience. The facility has a sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, and showers. There are chairs to lay out and get sun. Towels are provided. The massage cost is comparable to other massages in the area, and they offer a number of packages that include treatments and access to the spa. The prices for local food and drink were also reasonable.
