Roadhouse Coffee + Ice Cream
@travelfreelywithsteph
For a weekend or day trip to Twin Lakes, don't miss stopping by this little coffee shop. They sprinkled their cappuccinos with brown sugar and cinnamon, and the baristas are super friendly. I got the Bee's Knees Latte with cayenne and brown sugar and it knocked my socks off.

Moxie Bread Co.

This spot in Louisville has a wonderful backyard to relax and sip their delicious drinks on a warm day. (Don't skip on the pastries either! Their bread and baked goods are divine).

Copper Door Coffee Roasters

Perfect spot to grab a coffee before an afternoon exploring the Denver Botanic Gardens. I had an iced pistachio lavender matcha latte that tasted like heaven and was the perfect treat to tote with me around the gardens.

Fox Run Cafe

Their breakfast is to die for. But add a perfect cup of coffee alongside it and I am MORE than sold. (This place gets busy, plan accordingly).

Cool River Cafe - Buena Vista
@travelfreelywithsteph
This cafe in Buena Vista serves coffee made with Huckleberry beans (great stuff!) and offers wonderful variations on traditional coffee drinks like an orange cardamom latte, a lavender matcha latte, or a blackberry mocha (to name a few). I wish I lived around the corner to come here every day! (Oh, and their breakfast is bomb too).

The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse
@travelfreelywithsteph
The interior of this place is so special! You can sit down for a full breakfast, or just roll up to the espresso bar (like I did) and order a cortado from their friendly staff. *Tip! They open at 8 am on Saturdays...come for breakfast and then explore the Boulder Farmer's Market right around the corner!

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Hi! I'm Steph, and I've been an avid traveler since 2010 when I spent a month backpacking around Europe followed by a summer studying abroad in Greece. I caught the travel bug and since then I've backpacked all over Southeast Asia, lived in Mexico, embarked on Vanlife across the USA and visited 25 National Parks, traveled to South Korea and Japan, & explored a ton more in Europe (among other places!). I have a passion for extended travel and helping others plan their trips abroad, no matter the budget! I love to travel in a High/Low fashion and aim to show others how budget travel doesn't have to just mean staying in hostels and limiting activities. Here, I will share my knowledge for efficiently booking the best flights & accommodations at the best prices to plan your perfect trip!
