Here are some locations and activities from my adventures in the mountains of New Mexico.
This free campground was a perfect place to escape the heat and hangout with wildlife.
This 10$ a night fee campground ended up being a highlight due to it's proximity to the lake. I was able to test out the new kayak and take a swim in the refreshing waters.
Great cafe to stop at while riding the trails around the lake!
I found some awesome free camping just outside of town! Just paste these coordinates into Google to find! 36.72674, -105.39662.
Loved this brewery and so did the rest of the town. A very popular spot!
I didn't eat here but was a great atmosphere to have a drink and hang out with locals and adventures alike.
Great cafe for coffee and a burrito!
If you would like to stay at a cool place with some incredible hosts check out Scott and Heathers hip camp. It neighbors some incredible country side great for exploring and photography.
Thats it for this one hope you return for some great adventure spots and tips!
Cheers
