🌴 Beaches

Ocean Terrace Public Beach
@hollymarietravels
I like this beach because it’s more laid back than South Beach. You can tell it’s more family oriented. ✅ You can rent chairs and umbrellas for the day.

🌊 Beach club

Nikki Beach Miami
@hollymarietravels
If you’re looking for Tulim vibes look no further! This was one of my favorite experiences in Miami. It’s a relaxed atmosphere where you can lounge on your day bed (reserve online), go to the beach, or eat at their restaurant patio.

Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park
@hollymarietravels
It’s 400 acres with walking trails, a historic lighthouse, picnic tables, and a pristine beach 🌴 Pro Tip - bring cash, the bike rental place doesn’t accept cards and sometimes the park entry booths don’t work. 📍The Boater’s Grill is tucked away at the corner of the park, which has a spot to grab lunch/dinner.

🖼️ Art museums

Wynwood Art District
@hollymarietravels
Wynwood is such a cool neighborhood! There’s many free art murals on the streets, but there’s also the paid attraction (the famous “Wynwood murals”) if you prefer. We skipped it ✨

Citi Bike

Considering how much of a nightmare traffic can be, bikes are a good option ✅ There’s bike racks scattered around the city, so it’s easy to pick up/drop off.

Neverland Coffee Bar
@croissantsandcafes
This gem of a cafe is located in Aventura, Miami and is arguably one of the best places to grab brunch in the area. From a fully-stacked “Newspaper-type” menu, offering dishes like the ‘Truffle Croissant’ to the most incredible açaí bowl I’ve ever tried, Neverland Coffee Bar is truly a brunch lovers paradise.

@croissantsandcafes
Let it be known that their ‘Specialty Superfood bowls’ truly are their specialty. If you’re into açaí and all that-then I'd recommend the Monkey Bowl, which is to die for.
