Hotel Recommendations
Hotel Coeur des Alpes
@haleysangster
The most stunning, family-run hotel. To enter, you go through a cave, up an elevator, and emerge into a beautiful lobby. Spa facilities with a view of the Matterhorn and a homemade breakfast every morning. The staff are what truly sets this hotel apart though

Hotel Firefly

Rooms for large groups and wonderful spa facilities. A unique touch is ordering breakfast the night before directly to your room. We loved waking up to a beautiful spread in the room. Super fun apres ski bar downstairs that specialized in gin

Restaurants in Town
During high season (summer/winter) I recommend making reservations ahead of time. These are my favorite restaurants worth a visit!
Restaurant WALDHAUS
@haleysangster
Waldhaus is one of my favorite restaurants in Zermatt. It’s a bit of a walk from Main Street but worth it!! Beautiful view of the Matterhorn and run by a lovely couple. Three favorite things: curry pumpkin soup, the green salad with house dressing (a MUST on the menu even though it’s simple) and the ice coffee with Kirsch. Their specials are always amazing as well so you can’t go wrong with ordering whatever they have
