Arrival

Welcome to Paris! Depending on where/when you are coming in from you might be rearing ready to go or well...not.

This itinerary officially starts on your first full day in Paris, but for your arrival day I'll provide some transportation information as well as some activities not included in the rest of the guide that I recommend.

Let me give you some context.

Paris has three airports and I'll include details for each below. If you have the option, I recommend flying into Charles de Gaulle. It's the largest and most easily accessible airport in Paris.

The second most commonly used airport is Orly Airport towards the South of Paris.

From Charles de Gaulle

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport
@renataschmidt
This is the largest airport in Paris. It's just north of the city and has more flights coming in and out than other airports in Paris. It is likely you will land here if you are coming from the United States or major international hubs.
