Allusion Cocktail Bar (Downtown)
@reegan
Every few months Allusion will change it's theme and the entire drink menu to accompany this change. But, they will keep fans up to date via their social media pages. I have only witnessed complete commitment to past themes - which translates to a fabulous time. Past themes include: Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Stranger things and Star Wars.
Bonus: To fully immerse in their themes try their second location out on powers. The themes always compliment one another, but offer unique experiences.
***Reservations highly encouraged***
Food for thought: you can order from the wobbly olive's menu when you are in the speakeasy. Limited vegetarian items, but there are some options. The entrance is either through the wobbly olive or the alley in the back.

District Elleven
@reegan
One of my favorite happy hour spots (or check out all day Tuesday happy hour). Delicious, seasonal cocktails you can pair with food from Mood Tapas out front. Mood always marks their vegetarian options, and there is always a decent selection.
The entrance is either from the alley or through Mood (pull hard on the door - it's an old bank vault door and requires some muscle).
The aesthetic is cozy and a little moody - invoking more of an early, turn of the century, pub.

Shame & Regret
@reegan
No secret entrances here, but this bar is tucked down an alley, and not readily known. Dim and atmospheric, enjoy some unique cocktails in a low-key environment. There is also some limited food options, so take a peek at the menu in your downtown planning.

The Rabbit Hole
@reegan
The entrance to this speakeasy may be the most iconic downtown - travel through the facade of a subway station entrance to an underground restaurant and bar. I recommend trying the cocktail of the month.
Originally they had limited vegetarian items on the menu the first time I visited. But they have an updated menu that has some intriguing vegetarian options.

The Archives Underground Libations
@reegan
Accessible either through AdAmAn Alley or through Colorado Craft Social. It feels tucked away and hidden as it is in the basement of the building and doesn't feel as readily accessible. Enjoy food from Colorado Craft Social (I like to pair some fries with my cocktails) to complete the evening.
