Why Valencia?
Valencia is the third largest city in Spain with beautiful weather and plenty to offer. A mix of ancient and modern architecture, beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean, and fun nightlife provide plenty to see, eat, and do.
When to visit
March-May, September-October
In March, the city is alive with the spring equinox festival “Fallas”. This festival mixes fireworks (day and night), flowers, and locally created sculptures to provide a view around every corner. The festival culminates at the end of the week when the artwork is burnt to “start again” fresh.

Hello and welcome to my Thatch profile!
I am an Irish and American dual-citizen, currently living in Tampa, Florida. I have visited 3 continents, 20 countries, and 23 US states. I love to travel and share beautiful views from a bird's eye view with my drone. You can get a sense for my travels on my instagram @jonathandrones.
In traveling with friends and family, I've developed a knack for finding the best spots to submerse into the local culture. My type of travel includes both a cultural experience and a relaxed one each day, as well as focusing on quality over quantity (or price!). You can expect a mix of luxury and thrifty lodgings, restaurants, and experiences in each of my travel guides.
I love to plan travel as much as actually doing it. If seeing more of the world is in your future, check out my guides or reach out for a bespoke itinerary!
