BEST Coffee, Breakfast & Café Food
If you are working in Madrid, I have made note which cafés are work/computer friendly. Most are dog friendly (we are in Europe)!

Three locations with the Calle de la Magdalena, 27 location being the bake house. All pastries are made in house and are fantastic with a pastry of the month. The coffee is great! They have other cafe food options like granola and yogurt, pan con tomate and a focaccia sandwich as well as a grilled cheese with kimchi. This is a must try when you are in Madrid. They have one of the best croissants and ALL the pastries are worth trying once. I wish you could bring them home with you!

The food and service is amazing. Everyone is so lovely and not to mention the coffee is the best. They also have a full menu of cafe food from yogurt & granola, espirulina smoothie bowl (my favorite), lots of tostado options, pancakes and more plus a seasonal special menu with things like gnocchi, roasted vegetables and more. This is a work and dog friendly café and the vibe is great! Most speak English as well. I work here all the time!

A sweet little cafe with homemade quiche, great granola & yogurt, pancakes and a "Cacio e pepe" egg sandwhich and smooth coffee. Great to sit and read a book. There are travel guides and magazines to read and there is a resident dog.

Vegan homemade pastries and small bites to eat with great coffee and speciality drinks. The owners lovely and only speak Spanish. Work/computer friendly in the basement.

Great great coffee and snacks at this popular cafe. Often crowded and if you want to avoid the rush go during lunch between 12pm-3pm. They have tortilla in the morning until it runs out and pastry options as well as small tostados. The owners are the best and super friendly and speak English.
They also have a large selection of bottles of natural wines and a very well curate selection of local Spanish products for sale such as ceramics, tote bags, and more.

Perfect cafe for a sit down brunch, the pancakes and smoothies are great, as is the coffee and egg dishes. They have homemade banana bread, granola and brownies. Serve is friendly and vibes are good. No laptops.
