Stroll through Bonaventure Cemetery

No trip to Savannah is complete without visiting the most famous Savannah, GA cemetery. Bonaventure was voted in the top 10 most beautiful cemeteries in the world and is filled with history! The cemetery is only three miles from the lovely downtown area and is free to eneter.

Savannah Historic Walking Tour

Take a leisurely stroll through the squares and streets of the Savannah Historic District on this small-group walking tour. Together with a resident of Savannah, visit one of the largest National Historic Landmark Districts in the US. See the historic homes as well as the houses of the South’s most famous generals. Visit the buildings from the war years of the 1860s and learn about the town’s storied past.

Day 3:

NOTE: I would recommend switching Day 2 and Day 3 if you flew into Savannah. However, if you have a car I would check out of your hotel and head to Tybee Island for the morning and lunch before heading home!
