Bangkok

The Quarter On Nut by UHG
@floraandnote
What we liked about this hotel was that it's not as pricey as staying in the main Sukhumvit area but it's conveniently located near the Bang Chak BTS station so getting into the busier part of Bangkok was a breeze. It has one of the best hotel gyms and a really good cafe downstairs as well!

ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit Phra Khanong

The location was fantastic as it was only 5 minutes away from Phra Khanong BTS. The rooftop was great for grabbing a drink during sunset! The room was very comfortable but their gym was a bit disappointing in terms of size and equipment.

DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit

We stayed here with family over New Years and we all loved the modern rooms and fancy breakfasts! The location is convenient too.

Seekers Finders Rama IV Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western
@floraandnote
We liked this hotel for the price and comfort of the room and working desk. It's about a 10 minute walk to Khlong Toei MRT station. There's 711 nearby and some local food options.

ASAI Bangkok Chinatown
@floraandnote
This hotel has a fantastic location if you want to explore Bangkok Chinatown. There's no shortage of local food in this area. It's also conveniently located near Wat Mangkon MRT station. Rooms are smaller but they have a great common area for chilling.

The Fig Lobby Bangkok
@floraandnote
One of the most unique and fun hotels we've stayed at in Thailand! It's chic, modern, and very progressive. The staff were so friendly as well. The location isn't the most convenient as it's in a more local area of Bangkok, but nothing a little Grab ride can't fix!

Hua Hin

Hub Hua Hin 57
@floraandnote
For the incredibly affordable price, we were surprisingly pleased with the room. It's basic but clean and comfortable for a short stay while we explored Hua Hin. It's located near a lot of local restaurants, cafes and massage places. You can easily walk to the night market or pier from here.

Maven Stylish Hotel Hua Hin

We stayed here for a birthday weekend and the staff prepared a cake for Note and sang Happy Birthday to him! Needless to say, the service was wonderful. The breakfast had plenty of choices and it changed everyday. We absolutely loved the comfortable bed and powerful shower. It's also walking distance to the beach and night market, which is a bonus!

Chiang Mai

DUM Hotel
@floraandnote
We kept extending our stay here because it was so comfortable and convenient! The rooms look minimal but the beds were soul-sucking and the shower water pressure was fantastic. We loved that they provided snacks, coffee and drinks downstairs that was free for all the guests. In the morning, they also put out some Thai desserts/snacks too! It's located near Chang Phueak Market where the famous Cowboy Pork Leg Rice and Chang Phueak Suki are!

โรงแรมกลอรี่ วาบิ ซาบิ
@floraandnote
We loved the decor of this hotel - a mix between Balinese and Japanese style. The room is super cozy but more suitable for couples rather than families. The breakfast is only okay but you are walking distance to a lot of nice local restaurants.

Le Canal Boutique House
@floraandnote
Lovely family run boutique hotel in a great location in the Old Town. The rooms are comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Even though it's next to the road, we didn't find it too noisy at night.
