Best time to visit

The best time to visit is between April and November, which is cooler and makes exploring more comfortable. I went in July, and the days were sunny and warm, with cooler nights. If you do go from December to March, just keep in mind that it can be humid and hot.

Where to stay in São Paulo

There are so many places to stay in São Paulo. To save you time, here are some of the safest areas and top hotels I recommend.

Top 3 areas to stay in are :

1. Paulista avenue is a street and great for if it’s your first time visiting São Paulo. It’s considered the central hub. There’s something for everyone, restaurants, bars, shopping and cultural sites.

2. Vila nova conceição is a quiet, safe and sophisticated area with plenty of trees. Its walking distance to Ibirapuera Park. There’s plenty of restaurants near by and it’s walking distance to upmarket are of Jardins.

My name is Jana I'm an Australian living abroad in Poland for the last year. I live for exploring new destinations, road trips, and adventure travel. Countries I've visited are Indonesia, Singapore, Brazil, Slovakia and Poland. I plan and research these adventures on my own and fund them with my own savings! I love hopping on planes, no matter the destination, no matter the season. Something about experiencing new cultures, learning new languages, trying new foods, roaming empty streets, and meeting kind people from all over the world just exhilarates me as nothing else can! My passion is to help everyday travellers and adventurers like you live out your travel dreams without the need for private jets, influencer status, or millions of dollars!
