A delicious English breakfast. They do not accept reservations on weekends, and there can sometimes be a wait for a larger table. There are a number of vegetarian options on the menu. Also, there is full bar with a variety of coffee drinks and alcoholic beverages available for dying your breakfast or while you are waiting for your table. Get the plate of mini scones!

A modern restaurant with delicious breakfast options. I especially like that the full menu is gluten free for when I’m out with friends who are sensitive to gluten. The baked goods basket is a must! There is also a menu that includes meat and another full menu with exclusively vegan options. They do not accept reservations on weekends, and there is usually a wait for a table. I usually will go to a nearby coffee shop and grab a quick drink while I wait for my table.

The breakfast burritos! They also have lunch/dinner menu, but their breakfast is my personal favorite part.

This location isn’t technically in Sacramento, but well worth driving to West Sacramento for the tacos.

A constantly evolving menu + specialty cocktails. They offer brunch (on the weekends), lunch, and dinner. But I especially enjoy the small plates on the dinner menu. Reservations are encouraged.

Be prepared to wait for a table, but all the food and drinks are top notch. I love the margarita in a watermelon and the crispy papa taco. Vegan options available.

The margaritas here are a must.

Taqueria style bar food + games + an extensive beer list

Arrive as close to opening as possible to avoid the line on the weekends. This rooftop bar is so fun and often has a live DJ. The downstairs bar has cool specialty cocktails and fun aviary themed ambiance.
