Planning a trip to London? We spend a night or two in London every couple of months or so as we just love being in the city (although not for too long). I thought I'd share some of the best places we've stayed over the years, along with some that we've been personally recommended by locals or friends that we've yet to try.
I've split the hotels into locations (as I do) to make it easier to choose which is best for you. We personally tend to stay in central London as it's easy to move around the city from this area and it's easy to get home the next day! You might want to stay somewhere more west if you're only planning a trip to the theatre or more on the outskirts for a more 'authentic/local' experience.
(I've made a note on each hotel with £'s marking the lowest prices with one £ and the highest with 5 £'s!)

Considered a small, luxury hotel. This one's on our list for sure!

Stratford
Stratford is a great area to stay in if you're staying Central or East London. You can find some really lovely hotels in this area at a really reasonable price.

My in-law's hotel of choice for most of their overnight stays in the city. Really central and a good price.

We've actually not stayed this side of the water for a long time but we're planning on it in October. Follow us on IG @prideescapes for updates on our travels. (We'll either be at the sea containers or the Hoxton).

The most beautiful hotel in London, in my opinion!
A lot of celebrities are known to frequent this hotel and it's rumoured that Johnny Depp and Kate Moss once bathed in Champagne in Room 16.

Possibly one of the best known boats in London

Hi there! We are Debs and Becs, wife and wife team who are on a mission to explore as many corners of this earth as we can. We own a few businesses and run them remotely whilst on our adventures around the globe.
One of our businesses, Pride Escapes, is relatively new and is focused around creating content that can help others plan their upcoming trips based on our personal experiences and knowledge about these areas.
It sounds odd, but I (Becs) honestly enjoy the planning process of a trip as much as the actual trip itself. I LOVE spending hours researching a destination before we head off on an adventure and I always try to connect with local business owners of my destination to ensure I get the most out of a holiday.
I figured that if I was already putting in the effort to plan my own holidays, perhaps it would be helpful to find a platform where I could pass this information on to others who maybe do not enjoy the planning part as much as I do.
Our guides are also perfect for those who simply don't have the time to put into the research and want to have an extensive roster of information at hand for their upcoming trip.
Wherever you're headed or whatever you need, we would be honoured to be a part of your travelling experience.
Drop us a message or head over to our website for further contact information.
