Hello everyone! I have lived in Austin for the past five years and these are my recommendations for all different types of food! Austin has such a great foodie scene so you should definitely check these out! For this guide, I am assigning a dollar sign value to how expensive it is, and I will put my favorite spots I have visited for each category at the top. Any places that don't have a description I have not visited; however, they are on my list and I will keep updating the descriptions once I visit. Additionally, some of these restaurants have multiple locations, so if some place is far away you can always look for another location closer to you! Happy eating!

$$-MUST GO! A unique Asian and Mexican fusion restaurant. The banh mi taco and pesto udon are my favorites, and the life is a peach frose is perfect for a warm Austin day. Great for dinner or happy hour snacks.

$$$$-very fancy expensive sushi restaurant. Hard to get a reservation but the hot rock and daily specials are phenomenal!

$$ Sister restaurant to Bar Peached. Very similar menu and great food! Great if you are North of the downtown area or can't get a reservation to Bar Peached.
