What is natural wine?
While there is no universally accepted definition of natural wine, it is generally agreed to be wine that is farmed organically (biodynamically, using permaculture or the like) and made (or rather transformed) without adding or removing anything in the cellar.
No additives or processing aids are used, and ‘intervention’ in the naturally occurring fermentation process is kept to a minimum. As such neither fining nor (tight) filtration are used.
The result is a living wine – wholesome and full of naturally occurring microbiology.

•A place very popular with locals despite it is located in front of Circo Massimo, large selection of natural wines.
•The interior is very nice, minimal industrial style, the kitchen is open, the service is quick and friendly.
•The menu consists of a selection of tapas (with vegetarian options), don't forget to try the pizza with home made pastrami!
•I recommend to go around 6 p.m.
•Just 15 minutes walk from Colosseum

•If you are looking for a place with a bohemian atmosphere this is the right place, it is perfect for a glass of natural wine before lunch or dinner if you are in the center of Rome
•Very popular with locals but also with foreigners, you will definitely meet other wine lovers!
The service of the staff is what gives life to the place, they are always ready to give advice on what to drink or to make you smile!
•They have lots of labels
•Tip: if you like pizza you can take it from the Campo dei Fiori bakery and eat it here with a glass of wine.
