Trains Station:
Blue Stairs: Means you are ascending

Finding Platforms
- Find Platform, Track 1-20, Find a Car with the ground or signs, for reserved or unreserved seating. Lines on the floor to stand for either current or future trains, ASK STAFF.
Train Catagories:
Local Trains (kakueki-teisha or futsu-densha): In Cities, Stop at every station, Basic Fare Ticket
Rapid Trains (kaisoku): In Cities, Skips some but still slow, Basic Fare Ticket
Express Trains (kyuko): In Cities, Skips more than rapid, Basic Fare Ticket
*Limited Express Trains (tokkyu): Longer Distances, Stops at major stations, Depending on the railway company, a limited express fee has to be paid in addition to the base fare in order to ride a limited express. It is typically between 500 and 4000 yen depending on how far you travel. Among the companies that charge a limited express fee is JR. unless you have the Japan rail pass.
*Super Express (Shinkansen): Longer Distances, Bullet Train, Point A to B, Shinkansen are operated only by JR and use separate tracks and platforms. A limited express fee has to be paid in addition to the base fare. It is typically between 800 and 8000 yen depending on how far you travel. unless you have the Japan rail pass. Basic Fare Ticket, Paying for distance travel, paying speed (Express Fee), and more money for a seat depends on what type of seat it is (Reserved Seat Fee)(Class of service fee).
Buses:
- Have Exact Change Or IC Card
- Entrances are in the middle of the bus, Exits are on the front
- Some buses do not have English translations, So use Google Maps,
