I spent one month training on "Fitness Street" and here are my recommendations:

Titan Fitness Camp
@jillhennebrytravel
I opted for the "weight loss" program. This included: 1. 3 personal training sessions a week 2. Standard accomodation 3. Body composition analysis every 2 weeks 4. Meals twice daily (Mon-Sat) 5. All fitness classes 6. Scheduled training Program 7. Mindset and Motivational coaching 8. Training plan 9. Full access to 3 storey air conditioned gym 10: Beach training every Saturday 11: Big Buddha run every Wednesday 12: Titan kit The price will vary depending on the time of year and length of your stay. You can stay for as little or as long as you want. I came in October 2023 for 1 month and the cost was 68,992 THB. It is best to contact Titan Fitness Camp directly for a quote.

Food recommendations:

The food at Hells Kitchen inside Titan is incredible. All the food is prepared with your dietary requirements in mind and the menu is available with calories to help keep you on track. My plan included two meals a day so I chose to eat breakfast and lunch here, and then go out for dinner with friends. The street is packed with restaurants and cafes which are all fitness orientated. Some of my favourites:

Filling Station Phuket ⦿ Restaurant & Dispensary
@jillhennebrytravel
My favourite dish from here is the buddha bowl, either with prawns or chicken. I had it more times than I would like to admit!

I came here on rainy days when I was craving a warm bowl of oats. They also do great coffee!

Khun Kai Kitchen

This restaurant is a little harder to find, off of the main street, but trust me it is worth the walk. The owners are the sweetest and the food is so good!

When I wasn't busy training, I went for long walks in the area surrounding fitness street. It started as just a way to reach my steps goal but over time it became a fun hobby trying out different coffee shops. Here is a list of my favourites:

Poached Breakfast Cafe Chalong
@jillhennebrytravel
this is without a doubt my favourite coffee shop in the soi ta-iad area. The staff are the sweetest, just look at the latte art. It always put a smile on my face. If you turn right at unit 27 it is a much nicer walk (off the busy main street)

The Caffeine Phuket

A little bit longer of a walk, but trust me the coffee is great, and they have air con!

Coffee U
@jillhennebrytravel
This cafe will probably take 30 mins each way so make it worth the trip, get your coffee to go and continue walking to pa lai pier to enjoy the view of the sea.

On the street there are countless massage shops, most specialising in sports massage so be sure to treat yourself, you are training like an athlete afterall. This was the first and only massage shop I visited on fitness street. The staff were great and always knew where I was stiff and how to fix it. Visiting here definitely improved my training, helping me to avoid injury!

At the beginning of my plan, after 2 weeks, and after 4 weeks I completed a body composition analysis scan. While my weight didn't fluctuate much, I could see my body percentage dropped by 6% and my muscle mass increased by 2kg. The results were super informative, I had never done this type of body composition analysis before.

The only negative that came from my fitness holiday was having to buy a whole new wardrobe because all my clothes were suddenly too big!

Because I opted for a package at Titan Fitness Camp, I didn't get a chance to try any of the many other gyms on the street. The next time I visit "Fitness Street" I will definitely be visiting these:

Jill.
