If you are engaged in sports, it is a personal recommendation to take the Merveille Arctique massage that combines manual massage with cooled massage balls.
If you purchase the 3 or 4 hour package you will be able to enjoy the sauna, pool and relaxation area of the spa. The entrance to the spa is included if you are the hotel's guest, but the treatments are extra.

Mythos is a high end facial and body treatment spa located in the hotel Valsabbion.
Enjoy facials tailored to your needs, LED masks, clay masks or laser treatments.
