I strongly recommend making reservations in advance when possible, or at least giving a quick call on the day-of, because business opening hours might vary.

Enoteca Versi di Rosso
@MementoMartina
Wine bar on Trapani's main drag, right by the historic Libreria del Corso bookstore. Marco, the sommelier, has a great passion for Sicilian and Tuscan wines, he is very knowledgeable and is great at helping you pick a glass or bottle best suited to your taste and needs. The short menu offers a careful selection of dishes, fish as well as meat, crostini (toast topped with all things delicious). This might also be a good place to experiment with combining wine and dessert, for example Modica chocolate with Kaid Syrah - feel free to ask the sommelier for recommendations.
