As a Travel Concierge, I provide an elevated, high-touch service that allows YOU to focus on enjoying your trip while passing off the 'vacation admin'.

A Travel Concierge might be a good fit for you if:

Before Considering a TC...

Before jumping into my Travel Concierge service, I highly recommend you first book an hour long Video Consult on my Thatch Services page.

This allows us to get to know each other, chat about your trip, align on expectations, and see if I'm a good fit to assist you overall.

Of course, it may be that after a one-hour call, I answer all your questions on the spot and you're good to go after that!

That's fine too - I'm here to do anything I can to help ensure you have the best possible experience in Paris and France.

Services Offered

If my Travel Concierge services are a good fit for you, here's what to expect:

🏨 Researching, advising on, and booking hotels.

🤝 In-person meet & greet at your hotel.

📍 Proving a custom Thatch itinerary with an interactive map of the high-level plan of your trip, updating it along the way as components get booked or modified.

🎫 Researching, advising on, and booking tours and experiences.

📆 Managing your booking details, including setting your pick-up locations for tours, moving tours if your trip plan gets shuffled, and communicating with your tour guide if you're running a few minutes late.

🍽️ Booking restaurants* and museums.

🚂 Booking train tickets.

🔍 Doing requested research 'on the fly' during your trip.

🤗 "Friend in your pocket": Promptly answering questions during your trip, even at night and on weekends.

*Not all restaurants accept reservations in France.

Rates and Payment

In-person meet & greet at your hotel: 75 EUR an hour / 100 EUR for an hour and a half. Payment is required in cash at the end of the meeting.

Ongoing trip support: 75 EUR an hour, invoiced and billed separately. Trip support includes researching, advising, modifying booking details, making restaurant and museum reservations, and 'friend in your pocket' service.

An additional 10% service fee will apply for booking:

🏨 Hotels outside of Booking.com or VRBO

🎫 Tours and experiences outside of Viator

🚂 Train tickets

At the end of your trip, an invoice will be issued and payment will be required in EUR. You may either pay:

1. In cash in person (I'll come meet you in Paris, or you can leave payment with your hotel concierge).

2. By wire. Note: some banks charge a nominal flat rate for sending a wire, typically between $15-35 USD. This wire fee is at the clients' expense.
