GENERAL INFORMATION & MUST THINGS TO DO BEFORE MOVING:

Visa and Paperwork:

European Students: If you are from an EU/EEA country or Switzerland, you do not need a visa to study in France. However, you still need to ensure your passport or ID card is valid for the entire duration of your stay.

Non-European Students: You will need to apply for a long-stay visa, which also acts as a residence permit (VLS-TS visa). The application process involves several documents, including proof of accommodation, proof of financial means, and an acceptance letter from the university. You will also need to validate your visa within three months of arrival in France.
