Ranked second on the list of 20 best soups in the world by CNN phở is simply a must try while in Vietnam.
For some, it is an everyday breakfast. For others a quick and easy-to-grab meal at any place and any time of the day.
For me, also a hangover cure. Hehe.
Since there are countless variations and recipes across the country, it is truly difficult to find the best phở.
However, in Hanoi, these are definitely the top spots thanks to their unique flavors and perfect ingredients.

This place is so famous and popular that its brand has been replicated nationwide in thousands of locations.
However, officially, the branch has only 3 restaurants, and this one is the original.
Clean broth and wide variations of beef meat make this place special.
It's such a small place packed with both locals and tourists. Expect waiting lines to get in during peak hours!

Their dishes are balanced in taste and light on the stomach.
