🧹 Cleanliness (Rooms, Common Areas) ✅ The rooms are modern and quiet—great for a good night’s sleep. ✅ The hostel has a unique structure since it’s inside an old-style building, which adds to its charm. ✅ My room had a cute balcony, which was a nice touch. 🎥 Highlight: The cinema room was new, stylish, and super cozy—definitely one of my favorite parts of the hostel! 💻 Coworking (if any) ✅ The hostel has a designated coworking spot with desks, making it comfortable to work from. ✅ There were other remote workers, which added to the productivity vibe. ⚠️ The space is small, so if you want a spot, starting early is key! 📍 Location ✅ Super central—everything is within walking distance. ✅ Shops, restaurants, and major attractions are just a short walk away. 🎭 Social Vibe (Common Areas & Activities) ✅ They organize daily activities, mostly in the evening, so it’s easy to meet people. ✅ Free coffee in the morning—a nice perk for socializing! ✅ The kitchen feels very sociable, making it another great place to meet fellow travelers.

💻 Coworking & Workspace Quality ✅ During my visit in the summer, many people were working from the hostel, but the heat made it a bit challenging to work outdoors. ✅ The garden had a fan, but it was still quite hot, and there wasn’t much indoor space for coworking. If you’re sensitive to the heat, it might be tough. ✅ However, being in the city center, there are plenty of cafes nearby, so you’ll have plenty of options to work comfortably from a cafe. 🌍 Location ✅ The hostel is super close to all the major attractions, with the beach just a short walk away. ✅ Despite being centrally located, it’s not on a busy road, which I really appreciated for a quieter experience. 👥 Social Vibe ✅ There’s a great community vibe in the common area. ✅ Since the seating area is limited, everyone tends to gather in the same spot, making it easy to meet people. It’s a fantastic place for connecting with like-minded travelers and even finding others to cowork with!

🧹 Cleanliness (Rooms, Common Areas) ✅ The bed is clean and comes with lockers for your things. ❌ However, the bathrooms are quite run-down and could use some improvement. 💻 Coworking (if any) ✅ There’s a coffee shop downstairs that belongs to the hostel. It’s the perfect place to work, and many others were working there too. ✅ It’s quiet, and as long as you order something, you can easily spend the entire day there. ✅ There are also other cafes in the area that are great for working. 🌍 Location ✅ Located in a very lively neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. You can easily walk to many spots. ❌ The neighborhood is on a hill, so expect a lot of uphill climbs. Additionally, it’s a more expensive area, being on the European side.

Many volunteers were constantly tidying up, keeping the beds, rooms, and bathrooms in top-notch condition. 💰 Price & Value ✅ One of the best hostels with a coworking space I’ve ever stayed at—worth every penny. 🚿 Bathrooms ✅ High-quality, well-maintained, and spotless, with reliable hot water. 💻 Coworking Space ✅ Dedicated coworking room with a large table, small sofas, and individual tables. ✅ Air-conditioned, making it perfect for European time zones. ✅ Great remote work environment, with plenty of fellow digital nomads. 📍 Location ✅ Close to the beach, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. ✅ Easy access to Ubers. 🫂 Social Vibe ✅ A mix of cool travelers and backpackers, including many stopping over from Thailand before heading to mainland Malaysia.
