Palermo is a great neighborhood to stay in if you're looking for a little bit more of a local experience. It's a trendy neighborhood, walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the city. It's home to many local Argentines, as well as expats.
You can find lots of airbnbs in this area.

Recoleta isn't far from Palermo. If you choose to stay here, you'll find more upscale hotels, as well as lots of airbnbs. You'll also be walking distance to many of Buenos Aires' top attractions & restaurants.

Cute health food oriented cafe serving breakfast and lunch food. There are lots of plants and natural light, as well as a cute upstairs area to sit.

This delicious spot serves the best chori pan youâll have outside of the random street chori you might happen upon while out late at night. They have lots of different flavors and types of chori, including a vegetarian option. I went here multiple times during my visit to Buenos Aires, itâs was that good. If youâre looking for a quiet lunch, this is not your spot though, they blast pop music inside the small restaurant as if it were a club.
