This is where we stayed and it was at the very center of everything. Besides the great location, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The spa is also fantastic (I had one of the best massages ever there) complete with a sauna to use after services.

One of my go to places to stay in Seoul. Trendy, comfortable hotel. The beds are amazing! This is located in Hongdae and there are endless food and drink options here. There are 2 bars to check out here. They have a speak easy and one with a great patio. It’s very close to a subway and bus stops to get to other parts of Seoul

Another option for Hongdae. Great location, clean comfortable rooms. This hotel has a great rooftop pool. (Note most hotels in Korea charge extra for pool usage. This is normal)

Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Les Rambles

This is in a great location. It was clean and modern but a bit small (normal for Europe). It was quiet. We didn’t get to check the pool out since we were there in winter.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Jenn S
Hello! My favorite way to explore a new city is through their diverse food and drink scenes. Whether it’s uncovering hidden gems or indulging in street food, I’m all about the local flavors. From dive bars to upscale spots, I appreciate them all! Whether it’s a fine wine or a well crafted cocktail or a beer on a plastic stool- they all show a side to a city. I’m the type to dive deep into research before setting foot in a new place, making sure I don’t miss out on anything! However, I also love wandering and finding the off beat spots- that’s where the real magic happens!
