In 2023 I completed a 6 week road trip around both the North and South Islands. The North Island was full of history and culture at every turn. The more populated of the two islands with larger cities to visit including Wellington and Auckland but beautiful nature and cultural sights to visit. The South Island had every aspect of nature, mountain ranges, lakes, snow mountain rangers, long walks, glaciers - every place you visit blows your mind with its beauty. As well as the adventure sport capital - Queenstown.

I’ve spent a month in Japan visiting Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Sapporo and more. The country is a beautiful mix of large, vibrant cities with traditional temples and shrines. The landscape is full of mountains, clear blue rivers, perfect beaches as well as snow mountain ranges for skiing. The gardens and parks are idyllic and peaceful, visit at the right time of year to see the famous Cherry Blossom. The choice of food is incredible, Ramen, Sushi, Bbq, Shabu Shabu and so much more to choose from.

A small country made up of 2 islands - offering a mixture of golden beaches and green rainforest and waterfalls at every turn. A slightly less visited Pacific Island compared to Fiji but a truly beautiful country and one I would highly recommend. The small islands are perfect to travel round either by bus or hire car and you can stop off every few minutes to see a waterfall, snorkel with turtles, see the bright coral and so much more. It really is a place to step back and be at one with nature. I would definitely recommend a trip to Samoa or as a duo with near by Fiji.

I’ve visited Vietnam multiple times, revisiting my favourite places but also exploring different places. It’s a mixture of hustling big cities with more motorbikes than you’ll have ever seen before to quiet and peaceful towns with a slower pace of life. The locals are extremely friendly and take pride in sharing their beautiful country. Again it’s a great backpacking destination or a destination in its on right for a shorter trip.

For weekend to 14-day itineraries, expect your bespoke itinerary within 3 weeks of making the deposit, delivered straight to your email via a Thatch link. 🗓️✉️ If you need it sooner, a rush fee can be added.

Longer itineraries will take longer to create, timescales provided on a 1-1 bases depending on destination and requirements. 🧭🗺️
