Peppers Bar and Grill- traditional Cayman food

Ms Piper's Kitchen + Garden- beautiful aesthetic, cater to food restrictions

Rackam's- amazing coconut shrimp, oceanfront, tarpon feeding 7:30pm everyday, can snorkel here and swim to a shipwreck off shore (the staff can point you in the right direction). Note: you will be swimming over deeper water to get there

Chicken! Chicken!- fresh roasted chicken

Burger Shack-great lunch spot with great burgers

Heritage Kitchen-fresh squeezed juice, fresh caught fish prepared in a variety of ways (cash only)

Snorkel spots:

Cemetery beach-lobster, stingray, flounder, parrot fish

Rackams- shipwreck of Cali

Spotts beach- sea turtles

Marriot Resort

Starfish Point-to see starfish, there was Jelly fish beginning of November-near Rum Point

Take a private boat tour to Stingray City- a locally owned small business is Sea Star Charters with Captain Clint

Get to feed and hang out with the big stingrays!

This tour also takes you snorkeling at the Barrier Reef. Go during conch season and get one!

The other snorkel spot he stops at is Coral Gardens where a large eel frequents his time here.

Top Tips:

-Get a car rental to explore the small island. You are able to get around whole island in around 2 hours. They do drive on the left side of the road.

-USD is accepted most places, but will receive KYD in change

-If you plan to explore around, rent an Air BnB compared to staying at a resort

-Bring your own snorkel gear-fins would be helpful, but not necessary
