Copenhagen, Denmark | The Ultimate Travel Guide
When to go to Copenhagen?
The best time to visit Copenhagen is summer (from June to August): the days get longer and the temperatures are pleasant with an average that does not exceed 20 degrees. Unless you want to visit the city close to the Christmas period, avoid book in winter because it is very cold and it rains often. If you want to save a little money, book towards autumn and spring because unfortunately summer is the high season and prices are high. In April and September the prices are very low, it is not too cold and it is the best to enjoy a pleasant climate at lower prices!
How to get around Copenhagen?
Copenhagen is a city on a human scale and is perfect to get around on foot, because the main attractions are grouped together in its historic centre. If weather conditions permit you can also opt to rent a bicycle.Getting around the city by bike will make you feel like a true Dane!
Even though the means of transport in Copenhagen are very efficient, I'm sure you will use them very little.
.To reach the most distant points I recommend the metro, one of the busiest metros in all of Europe.
